Face serums play a vital role in any effective anti-aging skincare routine. As you mature, your skin can gradually lose moisture and volume, especially in delicate areas like cheekbones and under the eyes. When your skin is feeling super parched, a moisturizer alone might not cut it. Instead of relying on your face cream to do all the heavy lifting, you can apply this FAST-ACTING ENERGIZING RADIANT SERUM-ESSENCE underneath to bring your dry skin back to life.
As with everything in skincare, there are no specific rules. Usually, the serum is the intermediate step between cleansing and day or night cream. Apply a few drops to the face, neck, and décolleté, massage gently, and allow to dry briefly. Then apply your favorite care product. You should use the FAST-ACTING ENERGIZING RADIANT SERUM-ESSENCE all over your face and neck twice daily, once in the morning and then again in the evening, before applying your moisturizer. Don't apply serums after moisturizers! Moisturizers or face oils are thick skincare products that seal in other skincare products you apply before them. Thus to let it get absorbed properly into the skin, make sure to cleanse your face thoroughly before applying a serum. Use tepid water to wash your face. Hot water can make your skin sweat, therefore, restricting absorption while cold water can close pores thus blocking the goodness of the serum. Dispense an adequate amount (3/4 drops) to your fingertips. After you have dropped the serum into your fingertips, do not rub your serum on your hands. The goal is that you want it to penetrate your face skin, not your hands. Dab the essence all over your neck and face using small, gentle motions. Wait for a few minutes. Let the serum penetrate your skin and then continue with your usual skincare routine. Never put your serum directly on your face with the pipette, even though it may seem a great idea from what you see on social channels. Pipettes are meant to drop things onto your finger from a distance, not being rubbed against your skin, and this will mean that the bacteria living in your skin will happily transfer to the dropper and then go into your serum jar, and you’ll have a spoiled product full of bacteria! You can use for application also a face massage tool which is ideal for stimulating blood circulation and making the facial massage even more effective. This provides extra glow and a fresh complexion. If you are applying serum at night, make sure not to layer too much. Night cream or moisturizer forms a heavy layer.
